Before Arrival:
-Customers may cancel their booking without any charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. A full refund will be issued.
-Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit.
-Return Conditions:
Clothing must be returned in the same condition as it was received, without any damage or alterations.
All items must be returned with original packaging and accessories (if any).
-Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
